• Preparation: Prepare thoroughly for each session to provide high-quality instruction.

• Clarity and Engagement: Communicate clearly and engage learners through interactive and dynamic teaching methods.

• Responsiveness: Be responsive to learners’ questions and needs, providing timely and helpful feedback.

3. Academic Integrity

• Original Content: Ensure that all teaching materials and content are original or properly cited.

• Uphold Standards: Maintain high standards of academic integrity and model ethical behavior for learners.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Protect Privacy: Safeguard the personal information of learners and colleagues.

• Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of all discussions and information shared during sessions.

5. Feedback and Professional Development

• Solicit Feedback: Encourage and be open to feedback from learners to improve your teaching methods.

• Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or termination of access to G10X services. All users are encouraged to report any behavior that breaches this Code of Conduct to the G10X support team.
