1. Digital Products and Services

At G10X.in, the majority of our offerings — including career coaching sessions, masterclasses, CV audits, and growth tools — are delivered digitally. Once a purchase is completed:

Access to online classes, downloadable resources, and career tools is granted immediately or within 24 hours via email or user dashboard login.
Confirmation emails and session reminders will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

From time to time, we may offer physical products such as G10X Career Kits, Learning Journals, or Merchandise.

Shipping Timelines:

Standard Shipping within India: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–14 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination and external factors (e.g., carrier delays, public holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

Within India: Free shipping for orders above ₹499. A nominal fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹499.
International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

For physical shipments, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, external circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, courier delays, public holidays) may impact timelines. G10X is not liable for such delays but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged product or your package is lost in transit, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
